"Back on 10/27/2022, Hear No Evil sold me a Kenwood KDCX305 stereo and installed it in my 98 Mustang GT convertible which has a Mach 460 System. But, the left side speakers did not emit sound, the stereo's fade function was INOP, and the volume was 50% of what it should have been. Hear No Evil opined that my Mach 460 amps were no good and that I should bypass them and install new speakers. I was unconvinced, because the system had worked fine until I replaced the OEM receiver with an aftermarket unit, first with a Pioneer, and then the Kenwood which Hear No Evil recommended. I do not have any complaints about the unit as it ultimately turned out to be an excellent choice, after I paid money to Cave Audio to fix what Hear No Evil could not fix. Steve from Cave Audio first diagnosed my Mustang's sound system and concluded that my Mustang's eight speakers and three amps were functioning properly. Steve found that the wire harness had been left incomplete. So, Steve constructed a new wire harness, reinstalled the Kenwood, and fixed the driver side door panel which had been rattling after being reinstalled improperly by Hear No Evil. Now, the Mach 460 sound system functions great, just as well as the factory receiver had functioned. Steve charged me $100 to diagnose the system, build the wire harness and repair the door panel. A steal at twice the price. Read my lips: Cave Audio is the best car stereo shop; not one the best, but the best. "
